Collaborate with vendors and partners to evaluate their capabilities, identify potential solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Partner with the Chief Architect to align enterprise architecture practices with the overall technology strategy and business goals. Collaborate closely with the Solution Architecture Practice Lead to ensure coherence and alignment between enterprise and solution architecture practices. Build effective communication channels with business leaders and stakeholders. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology leaders to define the enterprise architecture vision, assess current capabilities, identify future needs, and develop roadmaps for achieving the desired state. Introduce new technologies into Primark where required and show value to Primark at both cost and functional levels. Develop target and evolutionary architecture in accordance with architectural standards set by central guardrails team, and maintain the portfolio analysis and architecture. Represent the Enterprise Architecture Practice as part of the Architecture Leadership Team, including within the Architecture Design Authority. Communicate enterprise architecture strategy, principles, and decisions to stakeholders, promoting awareness and understanding. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in enterprise architecture, and advocate for their adoption within Primark. Conduct enterprise architecture reviews and provide guidance on architectural decisions to ensure compliance with standards and best practices. 
Drive the development and maintenance of enterprise architecture artifacts in conjunction with the Architecture Strategy Office, including architectural principles, standards, reference architectures, and technology portfolios.
Lead the practice of enterprise architecture, supporting the Architecture Strategy Office team in establishing architectural standards, frameworks, and guidelines aligned with Primark's technology strategy.If you are a strategic thinker, possess excellent leadership and architectural skills, and have a strong background in enterprise architecture, you will be an ideal fit for this role. Working with the Architecture Strategy Office, you will be developing and implementing an organisation-wide architecture strategy that guides decision-making and ensures consistency, interoperability, and agility across all technology initiatives. You will provide strategic direction, thought leadership, and mentorship to enterprise architects, guiding them in developing and delivering robust technology solutions. Reporting to the Chief Architect, you will collaborate closely with the Solution Architecture Practice Lead to ensure coherence and alignment between enterprise and solution architecture. As the Enterprise Architecture Practice Lead within Primark's Architecture Team, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the enterprise architecture strategy.
